During Japan's Heian period (though its origins date even further back), there existed a cultural practice called "Kyokusui no Utage." It was an event where participants composed poetry before a floating cup passed by them on a garden stream, drank the sake within, and then sent it downstream. This work takes that event as its theme, embodying a special piece reflecting both the Mashiro's technique and the SAKAZUKI concept. The piece consists of 5 layers: the bottom layer is AI-generated painting, while the 4 layers above it are hand-drawn. Expanding upon his "11-21" series, this work expresses his unique interpretation of the fusion between tradition and modern technology.
